Description
The role of the Billing Associate will support the Billing Team with tasks such as invoice production, dunning process, support tickets and registry balance monitoring.

This role is key in enabling the business to function by managing the billing operations in a timely basis.

We are looking for candidates located near St Ingbert as the role is hybrid based on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
Key outcomes of the role

  • Independent invoicing and accruals, prepare and send invoices to clients and customers
  • Independent receivables management incl. dunning process
  • Take ownership of support tickets and resolve by for example creditcard chargeback, paypal chargebacks, direct debit
  • Processing billing request from customers
  • Processing of travel expense reports, daily per diems and receipts
  • Assisting in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (accounts payable, credit card accounting, account reconciliation, etc)
  • Fraud Prevention
  • Digitalisation of documents and general document management/storage
  • Further general administrative tasks
  • General office management
